Yay! I'm down 2.5 lbs today! So now I'm at 161.6 lbs with a BMI of 30.51 (obese). I also had a bowel movement this morning before I weighed myself, and I didn't have one yesterday at all. I think I might start drinking some tea for that every morning to make sure that my body keeps working properly. But I'm way more happy about today than the other day and my 0.2 lb loss...
EDIT:
I had 'Taco Salad' for lunch which mainly consisted of caramelized onions and some ground beef with taco seasoning. But afterwards I looked up the calories in the onions I had and it was nearly 200 calories! I can't believe onions have so many calories! The same amount of celery would have been only 42 calories. I wonder if that's going to have an effect on my loss tomorrow. I hope not.
EDIT:
I had chicken burgers for supper with mustard and wrapped in a lettuce leaf. They were really good, but I realized I had bought ground chicken which isn't necessarily just breast meat. So that might affect my loss for tomorrow too. I bought a grinder attachment for my KitchenAid mixer today so that I can just grind the breast meat myself so I know exactly what's in my ground chicken. I figured it would be good for the beef too so I know exactly what is in my ground beef because I can cut off any fat and ground it myself. But I'm still concerned that my two meals today will affect my weight loss in the morning...
EDIT: I'm just about to go to bed now and it's midnight. Oops. Not getting enough sleep apparently affects your loss as well...
