Sooooo, I only lost 0.2 lb today - kind of disheartening. But at least I didn't gain right? so I'm at 165 lbs and a BMI of 31.18 (obese). Hopefully I'll see better results today.
My friend was saying you're supposed to have red meat once a day and yesterday I had chicken and halibut, so maybe that's part of the problem. I also found people saying you could have coconut oil and MCT oil and I fried my halibut in a little coconut oil so maybe I shouldn't have done that. Anyway, I'm having beef and chicken again today so we'll see if that helps.
EDIT:
So I know I didn't lose much today, but I am still considering going for the full 40 days to see if I can get closer to the Wii's ideal weight for me. However I want to have cake for my 30th birthday and I thought finding a sugar free cake recipe would be perfect. Then my friend reminded me that there's starch in flour and you're supposed to have no sugar or starch for the 3 weeks after you're done with the hCG so I had to find a flourless sugar-free recipe, and I found one on this forum which also has a recipe for lemon bars and you use almond flour instead of regular flour and xylitol (or stevia or splenda) instead of sugar. So unless I continue to have 0.2 lb days (ugh) I think I'll go for the full 40 and make that cake for my birthday.
EDIT:
So I'm stuffed. I've only eaten half of my lunch, I ate it an hour ago and I am still stuffed. It's cabbage cooked down in apple cider vinegar, then a packet of stevia and some 'Citrus Pepper Seasoning' by McCormick (no salt) and then I added my 100g of sliced cooked steak. Maybe cabbage is super filling, I don't know, but I was hungry before and now I am very full. Maybe I should have cabbage every day. Good thing it's cheap!
