VLCD Day 27

Okay, I do not understand what is going on here, I just lost 2 lbs! Which I guess is only a net loss of 0.7 over the past two days, but still... I was going to do a steak and cake day today and now I'm not so sure, I'm pretty hungry right now and I want my grapefruit. Oh, I guess I better give you my stats: I'm at 152.3 lbs with a BMI of 28.76 (overweight).

Ya, I'm too annoyed right now to not eat anything at all (even though I know you're supposed to fast in the morning anyway) I like to eat my citrus in the morning (orange or grapefruit) and then strawberries or an apple in the afternoon or evening. The only thing is it's hard to figure out how many strawberries I'm allowed exactly, so I tend to eat an apple more often. If I'm just going to eat the apple, I'll eat a Gala, but if I'm adding it to salad (like last night) or baking it or trying to make cookies with it, I'll use Red Delicious because it has a stronger flavour.

Anyway, I'm going to go eat my grapefruit and some chocolate delight, not eat my grissini today and make sure to eat my fruits and veggies and drink all my water (I missed one cup yesterday and at least two the day before) and see if that keeps me on track. I only need to lose 7.3 more lbs to be at the 145 I was before I had kids, and I want to do it by my birthday which is in exactly 2 weeks from today. Oh ya, and I'll do some measurements today too since I'm finally home on a Sunday again. I'll post those later :)

EDIT:
Yikes, I nearly forgot! I still don't have a proper measuring tape, so again I used a power cord and measuring tape (the kind for building stuff, not measuring people) and I have come up with:

Right arm: 13 1/2 inches (1 3/4 inch total loss)
Left arm: 12 3/4 inches (2 3/8 inch total loss)
Right thigh: 25 7/8 inches (1 1/8 inch total loss)
Left thigh: 25 1/4 inches (1 1/2 inch total loss)
Waist: 37 inches (6 inch total loss)
Hips: 42 inches (1 1/2 inch total loss)

So my total loss in inches is... 14 1/4 inches, doesn't really seem like it though.
