Good morning everyone! (As if anyone is actually reading my blog!)
Two weeks ago I found out I was pregnant and thought I would try to follow the foods of the hCG diet but just in greater amounts since I am making my own hCG. But then I had cravings for haystacks (no-bake cookies with coconut and oatmeal) so made a triple recipe of them. Also a week later I started feeling nauseous all day every day, so it became hard to eat anything at all. I have just been eating whatever is around when I actually feel hungry, which has been sausages, McDonald's fries, haystacks (I still have some left) and all sorts of crap.
Even though I feel nauseous still, I am once again going to attempt to eat only foods on the allowed list for phase 2. I won't be weighing myself every day, but I hope to blog every day to help keep me on track. I will probably weigh myself every Tuesday as that is when I turn the next week (so next Tuesday I will become 7 weeks pregnant).
Today when I weighed myself I weighed 146.4 lbs, when I weighed myself last week I was closer to 150, so I have actually lost weight since last week. Which is not good because like I said all I've been eating is crap so my body isn't really getting what it needs (except from my prenatal vitamins which I have been taking every night for the past two weeks)
My first step is to not eat any sugar this week. I did it for two months so I should be able to do it for a week right? I will try to remember to update you tomorrow.
