Sooooo, I don't know if it's TOM's fault or the pancakes or the olive oil (I guess I should just stick with the protocol while TOM's here so I know for sure), but I gained 0.9lbs today. That means I'm 155.4 lbs with a BMI of 29.34 (overweight). I'm bummed, but at least my BMI is still under 30 and my weight is under 160. There is still a chance of me getting to 145 by my birthday...

So I'm not any hungrier than usual, but I am having cravings, for cookies and donuts and chocolate... I just found out I have a 12 page paper due in two days (that's what you get for not checking your online class assignments in enough detail) and all I can think about is chocolate and cookies...

So I know I said I wasn't going to go off protocol until TOM was gone, but I couldn't help it! I found some recipe's for chocolate using coconut oil that lots of people have had success with so I had to try it! The recipe I used turned out not very good, too much cocoa was the main culprit, but it was still decent enough to eat, like 3 times. Next time I make it I will make some adjustments and let you know what I think works the best. We'll also see what happens to my weight tomorrow. But whatever happens may just be a result of my visiting friend, not the bitter chocolate stuff. I'm hoping to lose tomorrow though.
