I'm not sure if the drops will last past today, so it looks like I'll do tomorrow and Friday as my last two VLCD days without drops and start P3 on Saturday. That's fine actually because we're going to a BBQ on Saturday and it will be nice to have a variety of veggies at the same time and not have to watch my portions quite as closely (ie. weighing them).
Yesterday I was so busy making cakes that I didn't really have a chance to eat. I ate an apple at like 2pm, then had 100g of Halibut at supper and a cucumber in the evening. I don't think I even drank 500ml of water. So I did not do a great job yesterday and probably put my body into starvation mode... oops. I ended up losing 2 lbs, so I am now 148.6lbs with a BMI of 28.05 (overweight). But I don't think that will stay off if I eat properly today. Anyway, I need to have a shower and get my boys ready and make more cakes today (which sucks by the way when your house is filled with the smell of freshly baked cake and you can't even sample the trimmings).
