Okay, now I am angry... Apparently I'm up 1.5 lbs again today and I stuck to protocol exactly yesterday, I didn't eat until lunch, I drank all my water, I didn't have coconut oil, I had a full 8 hours of sleep, I also had like 3 BM's yesterday, which I hadn't had for 2 days. I don't understand why I didn't lose. I checked my ketones and they are at 15, so lower than yesterday, but still there, so I should have lost!
Grrr, my weight is now 153.2 with a BMI of 28.93 (overweight). I guess I'll do another steak and cake day (and actually have the cake this time, if I can find my kitchen scale that seems to have disappeared...) I don't know what else to do.
