So I had a great birthday and made myself a starch free sugar free cake that was really ggod, but my husband cut me way too big a piece and I was stuffed from it for several hours. So today I have apparently gained 3.5 lbs in the last two days, but I'm not going to do a steak day, I just won't eat a ginormous piece of cake. Plus I'm walking to the park with my son's kindergarten class today so that should help I think. I haven't actually been doing any exercise yet and I'm pretty sure you're supposed to in P3. I was going to ride my bike yesterday for the first time this year, but it turns out it has no breaks, so I need new break lines and then I can ride it.
I was thinking I would get all caught up on my homework this week, but I am busy every single morning this week! This morning is the walk to Henderson, Tue, Wed and Thu I am scribing/reading for PAT's and Friday is the last day of kindergarten and we are all welcome to be there. If I don't go to kindergarten on Fri, I will be scribing/reading for PAT's that day too.
Anyway I am up to 149.9lbs with a BMI of 28.30 (overweight). I'm hoping I'll lose a little today and stay under 150, we'll see how that goes.
