So I am down again, but my graph of my weight looks like a zigzag still. I am down 1.8lbs to 151.5 with a BMI of 28.60 (overweight). I am also running out of drops and I don't know if I will make it until the 9th, but I guess we'll see. I'm kind of assuming I will not be achieving my goal of 145 lbs, which sucks, but I guess what I have lost is better than nothing. I have been wearing stretchy pants (think yoga pants) for nearly a year because none of my pants fit anymore and I actually put on a pair of jeans yesterday and that was an awesome feeling.
I am just going to follow protocol again today, with the exception of adding some chocolate delight. It can't hurt because I've normally been gaining around two pounds after a loss of around 2 pounds anyway, so the most it will do is make me actually gain 2 pounds instead of nearly 2 pounds, but hopefully it will help me lose...
